Pegaso has been Southern Wind Shipyard’s customer care representative since 1994. Our Technical Office assists Southern Wind yacht owners from the moment their yachts are delivered, keeping close contact with the shipyard to provide the best quality in guarantee and warranty works and handling any problems that may arise during the life of the yacht wherever it may be.

In 2011 we widened our scope to include services offered to owners of luxury yachts built by shipyards other than Southern Wind. To further enhance our services, we have engaged a team of qualified technicians with contacts worldwide. Whatever problem may arise, be it on a yacht built by SWS or others, we will be there to resolve it in the fastest and most efficient way possible even if it requires spare parts produced by companies other than Southern Wind.

Owners of superyachts made by any top shipyard worldwide can turn to us for expertise on maintenance work, refit and repair, replacement parts, surveys and any claims and problems regarding insurance coverage
